Contact
The best first step is a short scoping call — 30 to 45 minutes to align on goals, scope, and stakeholders. From there, a written proposal follows within a week: scope, timeline, and named stakeholders.

What to include
A short note covering any of the following will make the first call dramatically more useful:
- The shape of your team — engineering, product, leadership.
- One or two AI-related problems on your mind right now.
- Where you are in the journey — exploration, first production attempt, or scaling.
- A rough sense of timing and budget, even if it’s a range.
There is no obligation to share anything sensitive before NDAs are in place. A few paragraphs is plenty to get started.
